careers, education and training advisory service based in Oxford,
with both national (UK) and international connections. We are a group
of experienced and successful personnel professionals with broad experience
of commerce, industry and the professions.
We were established in 1988 and our team of Senior
and Associate Consultants has been selected to provide a specialised
knowledge of particular sectors of employment from the viewpoint
of senior management experience, at Chief Executive/Director Level.
Another key activity within the consultancy is
that of education and training guidance and this informs the professional
careers advice that we are able to give to our clients.

David has extensive experience of individual and
corporate human resource consultancy in the UK and throughout South
East Asia. He has had senior management experience within business
and legal training and was Principal of Wolsey Hall School of Law
and Davies's College in London. He has advised many corporations
and institutions on recruitment and staff development and has worked
closely with outplacement and relocation companies nationwide.

Senior Consultant - UK/North American Operations
Paul has enjoyed a dual career as a businessman
and as an academic and has made a distinguished contribution to
educational and cultural relations between Britain and America.
He has been Chairman of various international charities and has
consulted on human resource issues with a large number of UK-US
corporations including Merrill Lynch, Soloman Brothers, Morgan Stanley,
British Airways and American Express.

Senior Consultant - UK/European Operations
John, a linguist and international educator,
has enjoyed a successful background in business, most recently as
a Director of a major publishing company. As an independent consultant
he advises on company set-up, international recruitment and outplacement.
His clients include companies in Italy, Spain, USA and Canada.
