jobs markets we offer full counselling support right up to the start
of a new job. Our goal is to give each client the highest level of

comprehensive library of research materials is available to the client
throughout the job-search process.
Preparation Phase

of career change including stress management, legal, financial and
family concerns
* Psychometric evaluation to identify strengths and contribute to
an overall personal profile
* Analysis of personal and professional goals
* Identification of career directions including possible interim-management
or full-time self-employment
* Analysis of the employment market and the preparation of a job-search
master plan including any additional academic/vocational training
* Drafting of Curriculum Vitae/Career History and pro-forma letters
of application
Marketing Phase
* Management of the job-search process including
creation and maintenance of a personal filing system
* Identifying advertised vacancies, researching companies and preparing
formal job applications
* Approaching head-hunters and recruitment organisations
* Speculative canvassing of targeted companies
* Networking and researching potential employment opportunities
in selected sectors
* Media Advertising
* Securing interim management opportunities
* Interview technique and confidence coaching using video and audio
* Advice on negotiating remuneration packages
Use of communication by telephone, fax or letter, reproduction,
secretarial services and media advertising are not included in the
Executive Search package unless otherwise stated. These items are
invoiced separately on a monthly basis.
