those clients who do not require our full outplacement service we
offer a flexible option that concentrates on the preparation phase
of the job search process. This includes a full personal appraisal,
employment market research and preparation of a job-search master
plan. Full counselling support and research facilities are offered
over an agreed period, normally three months. This may be extended
to include additional counselling or marketing as required.
Search Plan is designed to help clients focus
on the demands of the job search, define clear objectives and develop
an individualised strategy and sense of process. A comprehensive
job search evaluation is prepared, along with details of sources
of additional information and assistance.
A counsellor is assigned to each client, to guide
the process, and additional support is provided by specialists in
testing and self-marketing.
* Counselling on how to cope with the process of career change including
stress management, legal, financial and family concerns
* Psychometric evaluation or careers questionnaire
to highlight suitable occupational areas and training needs
* Analysis of personal and professional goals
* Identification of career directions including
possible interim-management or full-time self-employment
* Analysis of the employment market and the preparation
of a job-search master plan.
* Drafting of Curriculum Vitae/Career History
and pro-forma letters of application
Use of communication by telephone, fax or letter, reproduction,
secretarial services and media advertising are not included in the
Search Plan package unless otherwise stated. These items are invoiced
separately.
