of our consultants visit schools in their own designated areas on
a regular basis and are therefore able to recommend suitable schools
with confidence. Parents are asked to provide as much information
as possible on the pupil and the type of school they are interested
in. This information can best be provided on our own Pre-Interview
Questionnaire (Schools Choice).
We are able to offer a three-tier, modular service
to meet the various needs of families. This service is customised
for schools within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
It is also appropriate for families relocating into the UK from
overseas.
Where further counselling and advice is required
we are able to provide a comprehensive service for pupils entering
education or changing schools during their academic career.
This is a flexible option providing advice and guidance in the following
areas:
* Discussion of overall education needs within the context of
schools choice including advice on independent/state; day/boarding;
single sex/co-educational; sixth form or tutorial college
* Help with the choice of suitable schools
including any special requirements and needs
* Advice on the most suitable academic programme
of GCSE's, A/AS Levels, GNVQ's and other Vocational Study options.
* Transfer between the State and Independent
Sectors of Education or transfer from Overseas to a UK Institution
* Planning the management of the application
and enrolment process including School Visits, Entrance Examinations
and completion of Formal Applications.
* Researching the total Cost of Schooling including
any Scholarships, Grants, Loans and Bursaries that may be available
* Provision of New Area Education Information
including contact details of both Local Education Authority and
Schools/Colleges and Independent Schools and Colleges. Access to
our library of Schools Prospectuses and educational research materials
